monday of last week i dropped off paper work at the doctors office for my short-term disablity. that wednesday i called the doctors office to confirm if it had been received. it had been. today i called my company's employee service center and was informed that my department supervisor and not called and notified tham yet as to my being taken off the regular payroll ( which is a must if they are goping to pay disability ) system. i just left a voicemail reminder to my supervisor to call employee services.

now i'm going to play some music... corporate avenger comes to mind.
