ack! i'm back up to 285. i must start eating better and actually work out again

damn insomnia.....

couldn't sleep last night and was up until 6:00 this morning
and since i can get written up at work for being too tired ( they call it unfit to work ) i called in to be 4 hours late just so i could try and get some more sleep. i hate being a light sleeper

well i finished watching the 3 third season of the shield and first 4 episodes of the new season last night. damn, that is the best cop show i have ever seen.

another movie tip: avoid elektra, it's MST3K bad. rent it only if want to spend the evening making fun of a movie.
