What to say, what to say . . .
I'm 25! That's a quarter century! That's a third of my life! Wow . . . 25.
Five of us from Sears went out to celebrate my birthday. We went to a bar in Iowa City where Brandon was getting me hugs from anything with long hair and a nice ass in the place (I swear at least one of them had a beard . . . oh well).
It was dollar-you-call-it night and between the five of us we drank $150+. I blacked out somewhere in there . . . apparently I was dancing and having fun all night but I don't remember a damn thing after midnight, just like somebody turning a switch off.
There's a few minutes, later at an apartment, where I was vomiting on my new birthday shirt and telling somebody I thought was Gerald that I was gonna die from alcohol poisoning. Then nothing again until I woke up.
Man, I haven't drank like that since I was 20, I bet.
Thanks for the happy birthday wishes, everyone! Sorry I haven't been on much lately . . . life's just been so . . not worth sharing? No, that's not it. I just don't WANT to share it. It hasn't been terrible but it hasn't been fun. I'll do what I can when I have more perceived free time.
