Okay, well, truth is no one even reads anything I write, so its hard to stay motivated to write anything...
Back from Japan since may. ... Sigh... I miss it.
I signed up for the Level 2 Japanese proficiency test. Thats two as in slightly less hard than 1, which would probably fail a fair number of Japanese natives. Im boned. Just cause I signed up for it doesnt mean I think I can pass it. But if I do, WOW.
Also, Ive been thinking very long and hard about signing up for JET. Im basically a Shoe-in for it. (Jet places non-Japanese teachers in classrooms where they assist in the instruction of their native language. Cynical-read: Tape Recorder. But with pretty spiffy pay.) Ive been looking at the JET program CIR (Coordinator of International Relations) positions. It looks like a better job, all around, but Im not sure if Im sufficiently interested in Japanese to do that job.... I dunno. Im not gonna worry.
My lovely, Yuko, was sick today. I had to catch the bus home, so I couldnt go see her. (Stupid inconvenient bus schedule.) I think she's a little annoyed. Ill try and make it up to her later....
