Hi ! It's wildloba ! My favorite Thanksgiving dish would have to be sweet potato casserole. I can't put my finger or fork to it. It could be the crunchy walnuts or the slightly fluffly , slightly burnt, goey marshmellows. Let's not forget the main attraction, the sweet sweet potato underneath with a hint of cinnamon, brown sugar and lets be real Butter. Lots of it. All thanksgiving dishes have a special place in my heart and stomach but when I take that first bite of sweet potato cassserole, it makes it everything feel complete.

Mine had to be the sage brown butter stuffing made from scratch. Brioche bread, local organic carrots, celery, onions, garlic... it was so yummy
