Hi! Welcome to SG! Thanks for the reassurance. I'm pretty sure that my kids are fine and aren't the wiser to us missing out on some fun stuff with them because of homework and such. I have to get the twins to bed in order to even start on my homework, and that's after being out of the house for nearly 10 hours with work. I have online classes through Northern AZ Univ. so at least I'm in the house. But there just don't seem to be enough hours in the day.
Two is an awesome age! Hearing their language develop has to be one of the most profound things you can experience! It's like watching evolution. I think of how things were when they were infants and how dependent they are. It's kind of sad to see them develop into these independent little beings. Of course, I'm emotional about their dependence on me. After I gave birth, it was sad to me that I was not the ONLY person who could give them nourishment, air, love and all that jazz.
Sorry this turned into a ramble session... I really should be finishing up my homework!
