Went to the doctor today...it turns out that I have a huge piece of calcium under my bicep muscle ( I don't know the correct term ) on top of bursitis...she thinks cortisone shots and physical therapy will help...the bad news is that I'm not allowed to pick up anything over 10 lbs with my left arm for 4 months - my boss is gonna freak - that means I can't pick up any of the kids at work to change them...hopefully she will be cool with it and not fire me !
The really bad news is she thinks I need surgery on my knee before it gives out again - I go to an orthopedic surgeon next week to see what's up with that !
