I went with SCISSORHANDS925 last night to get more work done on his sleeve...it is coming out awesome !
I just worked out a deal with my boss - I work 40 hours ....she pays my health benefits in full BUT for the sommer I wanted a little time to do things with the boys so I'm taking every Monday afternoon off - only working 35 hours, and she said she would still pay my benefits...I don't have to make up the hours either ! I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but not a lot of people would be willing to do that for their employees - that just goes to show how hard of a worker I am...hehe
