Help ! It's been 2 days now and I still can't move my neck...i've been taking advil around the clock but they aren't helping.....it's a bitch to drive because I can't turn my head to back-up, etc... What I need is a muscle relaxant but I don't have any.Anybody have any other ideas that would help me ?

I don't know any over the counter medication, have your man just give you a fifteen (15) minute neck massage.
