I love the rain, a nice gentle rain that soaks the ground. If it's warm and there's no thunder I love dancing in it, but I hate thunderstorms. I had a blast last night drinking and laughing it up with my hubby and his colleagues at his work party. In fact I may have had a little too much fun. I'm currently nursing a hangover, but I've got things to do. So it's time to at least look like I feel ok and get a move on.

a sweet vision to view, as for recovery. swimming in the pool beats almost everything. low impact on the joints. the side effects is that your body burns more fat & cals long after you leave the pool. honestly, your look fabulous now. when you reach your idea goal. watch out guys. as for the girlz, thank you, i'm not worthy, but i will not say Nooooooooooo.
