I hate this corperate holiday. Just an excuse to have to blow money to show someone you lovethem, that you should be doing anyway. it also rubs salt in the wounds of those of us who are single. not that i am BITTER or anything. is it wierd that i still talk to and hang out with my ex? is it wierd that i still have feelings for her, even though both of us know it wouldn't ever work? i read her bullitens and she writes stuff about the "one" that she is looking for, like he has to be happy with himself before he can be happy with someone else. is that possible? i know that i am as happy as i can be right now with my life as it is. but i am not happy cause i am lonely. i want companionship, i want someone to hold, to wake up with, to tell "i love you" and mean it, and for her to say it back. is that to much to ask?

p.s. on the bright side it is snowing and i am trying to get a 4 day weekend after 3 weeks of 12+ hour days with none off, so tomorrow, to the mountains
