Dear gentleman with the cell phone playing music, while tucked in his hat on the subway.

I'm trying to look down at the floor while making a conscious effort not to stare at others around me and your music is disturbing that.

Now all I can think about is whether or not the cell phone is sending radiation directing into your brain as it pumps music from underneath your hat. My humble request it that you invest in headphones.
