Back. That trip had more journal-entry-moments than I care to write. But now that I'm back, exhausted & behind, I probably won't be around much. Nagoonbarry reminds me of the Hmong mother in "The spirit catches you and you fall down". This Hmong mothers persistent, devoted, and aw inspiring care of her little quadriplegic daughter is a quality that I see in Nagoonbarry and think of her as I read.

I should've learned about my easily burned skin last week. The bull, I should've known about before I ever got on. But Nancy_Boy dragged me by my pigtails, so what else was to be done?
