Man o maN! i need to learn to be less tense in stressfull situations. Im soo much better at handling life when im not tensed up. I tend to begin to freak out whenever i feel like somethings not going to go right and that not only takes alot of energy out of me but im also prone to cause more problematic situations for myself when i freak out. My mother is always telling me to go out and take some yoga classes..although those do sound nice, Im not sure how much bull shit that stuff really is, i mean im sure if you believe in it it works wonders, but I have trouble in buying into stuff like that for some reason. i should probably read something on that.

anyways i caught joanna newsom at the parish last night. which was really great considering I missed TVOTR the night before. I dont know what it is about TVOTR that makes me soo compelled to just be myself and let loose. I love music that allows you to enter that state of mind. I love thinking of it in scientific terms, such as It being an unwired connection in the brain that just kinda clicks and connects allowing passage onto new found knowlegde. ahh great stuff. blah blah...

i finally got my car back, which after driving a brand new car kinda stinks, but i still love my enviroment polluting SUV.....on a side note i really love this smilie.. ....its a really nice color of green.
