Guh.....today wasen't the best of days:
Got off work at the usual 7am, then went to my dietition appointment early, which went well...
I had decided beforehand that I was going to weasle some drug Rx from my doctor while i was there, to help me sleep with my painful back pain...But alas, she was actally there, dispite being on vacation till tuesday and in a meeting till 11, and there was no "on call" doctor to give me Rx.
So I waited, hoping that she'd pop by after the meeting, and when she dident' show I headed over to the caf. for lunch with mum....Oh the way to the caf. I bumped into my doc and she wrote up the Rx for me, so now I can get all druggied up before bed and not wake up every twenty min in excrutiating pain...
all this left me with only 3 hrs to sleep, which sucked major ass...Ah well...

As for me, I should probably get some sleep; I will be at work for 12 hours tomorrow. Ugh.
