ok, so i was dragged to the mall on friday night. i don't particularly enjoy the mall, but its always good people watching. One thing I realized is that there are a lot of goth kids now. I mean a LOT of goth kids. Back in my day (i'm really showing my age now...ugh), there were only a few goth kids. The outcasts, 4 or 5 kids who weren't part of the cool crowd. The kids who would get made fun of for listening to the Cure or nine inch nails. But at the mall, i counted at least 40-50 goth kids. Thats a lot o' goths! And if the goth kids are the cool crowd, who are the outcasts? The jocks and cheerleaders? Honor students? Foreign exchange students? It's funny how everything comes around full circle eventually.
