System of a Down with Mars Volta last night. Fuck yeah! Mars Volta rocked that shit. Four songs in an hour. Most of the audience didn't appreciate it, or even get it. But they were mostly 15 years old anyway, what do they know about good music? The audience was full of people wearing SOAD shirts that they bought at the show.
System rocked too. Killer set. Serj is not all coked-up and crazy like he was before, but he can still sing like a muthafucka. They even threw in some Neil Young and Dire Straits in the mix. Daron sang a few songs too...he sounds a lot like Jello Biafra, which is a good thing.
When i got home, i smelled like Worcester. If you've never been there, its kind of a mixture of body odor, vomit, and sausages. not a pleasant mix. Avoid Worcester at all costs.

I haven't been there since it was E.M. Loews back in the 80's.....I saw The Plasmatics there.....Billy Idol too,on the Rebel Yell tour.
