Another year, come and gone. This year totally flew by. But they say that happens when you get old. Its weird working with people who are mostly 12 years younger than you. I mean, they're fucking AMAZED that I got to see Nirvana live in concert. Here's an actual conversation I had at work

Employee : "hey, have you heard this new band the Pixies? they fucking rock!"
Me: "yeah, douchebag, their first album came out 20 friggin years ago."
Employee : "Oh...well, they're still pretty good."

yeah.

Speaking of old guy stuff...I saw three of my all time favorite bands reunite this year. The Pogues back in March were amazing. The Police at Bonnaroo (i've wanted to see them since third grade). And finally Van Halen with David Lee Roth. I've seen Van Halen tons of times. And have seen Diamond Dave a few times. But seeing them together is like putting peanut butter in my chocolate...two great tastes that taste great together!

Besides that, life is boring. I really only get out of the house every couple months to get drunk and high with the boys and watch UFC. Eh, you take what you can get.
