I went up to modified a couple days ago and got all the line work for my quarter sleeve done! I'll be adding the color in a couple weeks, it'll be mostly purple and blue :) I am beyond happy with the way it's turned out so far and I can't wait to see it finished!

Short of writing a book here, I'll just say that we now know depression is more about beliefs, attitudes and predictions about the future than any physiological defect or chemical problem. This is quite cutting edge so therapists are just beginning to hear about it. I can personally attest that the most severe depression can be made to eventually disappear as we learn about how our minds work and how billions of years of evolution have shaped our reactions to certain experiences and situations. It's very exciting stuff. 😍
