When I opened SG this evening, there were 8 girls on CAM. Lovely, but by the time I took note, I could only get 6 of their names sadly. These lovely ladies were online though:

A new record number of girls on cam at the same time? I counted 8 ladies up live about 10 minutes ago. That is a record as far as I know. Has anyone seen more up at once? What a delight!!!

If I miss a day, I find that a whole page of new sets has been posted, and most of the sets are deserving of a look or three. This site is number one for alternate beauty, and I tip my hat...

What do you all feel about the new look of SG? I'm curious. Whereas before we had "friends," and a easy list of those we have befriended, now we have "following" and being followed. I can't find any list any more. That seems to be gone or am I not looking in the right place.

There is something less personal about "following" a person than asking a person to be on a "friend" list. One takes agreement, the other is just a preference. One takes two people to make a decision, the other is unilateral. If you think about it, there is also something creepy about "following" a person rather than befriending a person. The site becomes less personal and less about communicating with others on your friend list. I've stopped contributing and writing friends when they have new posts for that reason and because of the fact that after you go off the current page and go back in time, it is cumbersome to move around the new sets. In other words, you stay current or it becomes difficult to move around the sets. Moving around your "friends/following" list also is more cumbersome. This is a sad development for a site that had a a reputation of being community oriented.

I suggested to the site that it rectify the problem of moving to older sets and moving around the list of friends (oops, followers) listing, but that fell on deaf ears. I don't think I will continue being a member of the site because of this, even though the ladies on the site are all as lovely as ever. As well, what I have seen is that you can tell people who have been on the site for longer than a year. For the most part, they have a fairly even ratio between those they are following and those that follow them. Newer members have a very small (again, for the most part) number of people they are following and a much larger following list. That supports my view that the site is changing and becoming less interactive between the members. Sad.
I just got back from almost 4 weeks away. I got around to looking at the sets that have gone pink in the last 24 days. What caught my eye was the fact that 17/24 on the page (71%) are on my friends' list. I couldn't agree more that these ladies deserved success and having their sets from going pink. Wonderful stuff...
