You come home and your house is on fire. You call the fire department. One fireman, we'll call him Officer Biden, wants to negotiate with the fire and let it burn down half your house. He's also taken money from the arsonists who started the fire. Another, Officer Warren, has an elaborate plan to put out the fire over ten years and make the arsonists pay you back two pennies for every dollar they earn. A third, Officer Bloomberg, is an arsonist himself and plays golf with the guys who lit your house on fire. The last one, Officer Bernie, wants to put out the fire as soon as possible with as much water as possible. Also, he'll give you free healthcare. Who do choose?
