are you going to that gigantic fake indoor beach with the ski slope and computer controlled waves for surfing?

What a day! I did the most amazing hike today. Perhaps not the smartest thing to do with a show in the evening. It was utterly exhausting but sooooooooo spiritually uplifting. My grandma was with me the whole hike. I lit a candle and prayed for her by the buddha(built in like 638 A.D.!). I swear there were 70 year old women on the trail...

What part of 'Do Not Disturb' does the maid here not understand.

I kinda had a party last night in my room. There are five empty bottles of wine, empty 1.6 liters (ha) of beer, and random liquor bottles scattered all over my munchie covered floor. I wanted to 'clean' a little before she came into the room and opened the mini bar to see...

Well, I'm in Taegu now. My hotel kicks some serious ass. I have free internet in my room and believe me it's a rockin' computer.

I need to find a place to do laundry today. My shit is nasty.

My mom is flying to Taegu on Friday. The company bought her ticket..and it was nearly $2400. How amazing!

Time to go explore. miao!!

Well. how quickly things change.

I'm a little down and out. This is the letter I emailed to family and friends earlier today.

Ughhhhhh.

Alas...the presenters in Japan have called and said that our ticket sales are not that great. They presented two options...first to pull the show from coming to Tokyo...or to bring Andrea McArdle into the show. When the show was there in...

There's always more work here after the summer than during, but you know that. Sorry to hear sales have dropped.
sivadelfuego:
I have been through similar experiences - being double-booked at shows and having to go home, but I think what you're going through is on a much bigger scale. It's also a little more exact. I gather they want YOU out and someone ELSE in. Cheer up. Times like these are good times to remember that you're really beautiful. And talented. They had to get a person who sells out shows to replace you! That says something about how good you are! Sell out shows are the closest thing to perfect we have in performing. Perfect was the only thing better than Kat.

But it's not who's better. It's a crap-shoot.

I like this new picture. You are an active girl...

I'm doing pretty well. Work is busy-ish, there is lots of moving to do, and hopefully a suitable replacement building can be found for a good price before fall. There are some old factories i'm looking at next week.

How is Korea treating you?

Partied really hard on Sunday night with the cast and crew..and the local Korean crew too. Drank way too much and did Karoake until 6am. Ate food that looked like poo.

I'm having an incredible time here. However, I can't wait to get back to Seoul. Our hotel is kickin' there. Everytime I come back to the hotel there is hot water waiting for me...

well I'm at intermission right now. The boys on deck have a router so I'm wireless! How fun!

It's been a long ass week.

The Koreans seem to be loving the show tonight....though they are clapping along to songs where it's inappropriate...but hey it's funny!

More later...gotta get dressed for ACT 2.

Well...now I'm headed to Daejon for a week and a half. It's a university town so hopefully it won't feel too boonieish.

I'm loving the group that I'm with. They are raunchy. On Saturday night we went out drinking...talk about drinkers. I thought I could hold my own. Not with these troops...they're really in for the long haul.

I'm not going to drink until after...

sivadelfuego:
Well... holding your own. It's all that matters.
