Well I was gonna wait till I had access to a real computer but I
decided to try this out via email rather then on my browser.

Some pics for ya hopefully they show up, if not then this was a total

Now for the update, saw sin city and thought it was pretty good, I liked
how it was filmed and that was what made it good. I never read it so I
was lost through most of it but it was entertaining.

Started the work outs with the personal trainer and so far they are
going great, pretty damn sore but at least I know its working.

May have to work an extra day so rather then having tomorrow off its
lookin like work. That may change though its still up in the air.
Still not sure what I am gonna do on my days off when they do come around
anyway, so if I do work it gives me another day to think about it.

I think that's about it for now, I may add more to this later.
