damn so the last 5 days were long, and I get 1 day off then have to pull another shift. After that I should have a few days off.

So the other night i talked to an old friend from El Paso and she is going to be here this weekend so I think I will be heading to Knotts with her. I saw her a little over a year ago on my way back from Virginia so its few and far between but She's a friend for life. She was the one that invited me over to her house the first Thanksgiving I was on active duty and her family basicly took me in like an adopted son. After that we became pretty close and thats where I spent most the holidays. Once I joined the Military I lost almost all interest in the Holidays she and her family kept some of it alive. For that I am forever grateful. So as long as I have Friday and Saturday off theres nothing that could put me in a bad mood right now. (except having to work one of those days )
