Busy BUSY busy... I'm stoked right now, gonna get off this sorry as base for at least a few days. Nothing like a 300 mile convoy. Everytime I go out no matter what it scares the hell outta me, so much back home to look forward to, yet I dont know if I'll see it again. So many people argue that oh its not as bad as 2003 or 2004, Thats a load of shit. in fact its worse now then it was before, at least before we didnt have to put up with everything trying to be run like we are back stateside on a garrison post. Now we have to put up with that shit plus the fact that we are still gettin blown up out on the roads. And the people setting these damn IED's are not stupid anymore all the dumb ones are dead and if not they will be soon. They are getting smarter and have figured out yet again more ways around counter IED measures. The damn command wire that detonated the one that killed my friend was hard to see when it was three feet away from you being held in someones hand (the investigating crew cut a 6 inch peice and brought it back and gave it to my other friend that was in the truck). so yeah to say you're not scared is bullshit and I may say I'm not most of the time but thats because I live for that feeling and that rush of adrenaline I get. none the less its still fear, and fear is an instinct, the courage to over come that fear is not instinct and must be acquired thru tests such as these.

Ok well I guess thats all I had to type, Things are good right now the New Year is off to a good start 12 days and I have absolutly no idea what happened to the last 11 (being busy has its benifits...sometimes) its raining here right now which I like, it relaxes me. um yeah I got nuthin, thats it, done

Oh and apparently I'm on a pretty good roll, I've got a knack for pissing people off and it seems to be in full effect, usually its something I'm capable of being in full control of but it seems to be on auto pilot at the moment and I find it quite amusing. Usually I'd feel bad (at least a little bit) when said ability is on autopilot but in these instances I dont at all thats the great part, I'm lovin it right now
