I have the best family in the WORLD!!!!

Knowing that I would be bummed out this birthday since Pete is deployed, my mommy-in-laws made this the best birthday EVER!!!!!

This weekend I was kidnapped to Vegas for the most wonderful girls weekend out I could have ever asked for. Some light gambling (in which I came out waaaaay ahead!), a Cirque show ("O") and some good ol fashion girl talk and you have the happiest little Medic around!!! My moms know how much I love Cirque so they decided to make it a second birthday in a row that I got to enjoy the magical art (Pete suprised me last year with tickets to the show "Corteo". I had seen "O" a couple of years ago when Pete and I got married in Vegas but there was soooo muc that I missed the first time that I was excited to be going back. This time I knew what I had seen and where to look next. Of course I didn't want to see a new show without Pete but my mommy-in laws are planning another trip to Vegas when Pete gets home so he can be just as spoiled.

I had soooo much fun but I am exhausted so I am going to hit the sack so I can be well rested for my first day as a 31 year old
