"On behalf of the Captain and myself, we would like to thank you for choosing the Figher Pilot Training Center for your choice of flight today
. The pilot has NOT turned on the seatbelt sign but has strapped you into the aircraft himself and has made sure that you are so secure that you couldn't move even if you wanted to
. Incase of emergency you will notice that the only way out of this aircraft is by pulling the ejection handle and punching out
The sign for you to do such act will be given by the pilots instruction to prepare to abandon aircraft followed by the words EJECT, EJECT, EJECT at which time you should have pulled the handle on the first EJECT. Following such manuver you will notice yourself falling to the earth at a quick pace and for this we are sorry. Our advice is to watch your terrain, make sure your parachute is deployed and hope for the best

Pssh, it's not like you've been updating your journal either... I've kind of been on mental vacation for a while (even though I've been on SG since I got back from Mexico, which was great by the way). I've been doing alright for the most part, thanks for asking (except for being a tad bit lonely.)
