Story of the day..................
Ahhhhh - Gotta love getting up at 6am on a Saturday morning......putting on my combats, boots, Stethoscope and march (ok - I drove) my exhausted ass to work for day number 12 in the last 2 weeks
I LOVE my job
.....I'm just a little tired right now because the hospital is designed for a minimum of 8 Medics to run it smoothly but for the last 2 weeks (6 day work weeks too), there have only been 3 of us. The only thing that has tired me to no end is the fact that out of the 3 of us still working, I am the "vetern" having not only 1 but 2 crashes (which is our main job - crash response for military air crafts) under my belt
The kicker is that this is the week that my boss chose to train everyone on how to respond to a crash both at the scene of an accident and at the hospital
This also meant that I had to dig up some bad memories of past events........at least my coworkers took in all that I had to say and really listened to my dos and don'ts
They seemed to understand and take away some good information with them and that in the end is the best way to learn about things without having to see some of the stuff that goes with the job
OK my friends - I only got home from work at 6:30 tonight and I need to relax.....tomorrow is my only day off until next Sunday so I want to get all of my house work done tonight so I can sleep in tomorrow and enjoy doing nothing
When we are tired, we are attacked by ideas we conquered long ago
Kisses
