Wow it's been so long since I've been on here I'm having a bit of trouble with the new my sg layout. Can anyone tell me how to get my group updated to show up? I'm at a loss and I feel like a dumbass for not being able to figure it out.
Hope everyone's Christmas was good. I spent mine drinking with family.
Everything down here is going well. And a friend of mine just told me news that made the nerd boy in me jump for joy. And that's that Portal 2 is coming out soon. Between that and Starcraft 3 I may never leave my house.
Other news I'm off to Sacramento State this coming semester to finish my English Lit BA. I got most of it done at Community College (figured I would get a much of it as I can done where it's cheaper) so I don't have much more to go. I figure I might nerd out on some of the electives. Entire classes on SciFi Lit, Fantasy Lit and a whole class on LOTR sounds like good times. Be a good break between Joyce and Milton. I'm just waiting for them to receive my transcripts. My Community College took their sweet time getting them to me so I had to send them in the day before Christmas break so it might take a bit sadly. But I'm damn excited about it. Figured I would do state first to get my BA and then transfer to a University for my Masters and PhD. Like I said just trying to get things done where it's cheaper first.
New Years is going to be great (in theory anyway). Its one of the two huge parties that me and my friends throw every year (the other being Halloween). Its a house party but just about everyone we know shows up so its always packed and always fun. I just have to remember to pick up some lamp oil so I can do some fire breathing there. If Someone ends up taking pictures or video I'll post it.
I also almost got my ass kicked outside Pop's a few nights ago by a random drunk who wasn't even drinking at the bar. My thanks to Lil Tuffy for handling it so well not to mention the other people at the bar and my friends who came drinking with me that night for helping save my skinny ass
Also I'm thinking about getting a web cam. But I'm not sure. I don't have a ton of money right now since I'm not working so if anyone knows a good cheap one or a cheap place to get one let me know.

Glad to read that you had a good holiday and that you've got something interesting lined up for New Year's....and that you can take courses on SciFi lit. That's not fair, haha.
I'm sure that you would have a lot of fun if you came up for our February party, but we've got another one lined up for the summer. Maybe you can come out for that one.
