Ok, I just feel the need to bitch again... I canceled my trip to Philly because the mere mention of snow and the DC beltway turns into pure chaos. Normally, dirivng the beltway is a game today however it was a parking lot... so... I canceled and hopped off the 1st exit. Of course, as I got back to my apartment the snow that WAS falling had stopped. So now I am forced to sit at home and finish writing my research proposal!
