I'm totally rocking the midnight hour away with the GUN CLUB's "Fire Of Love" album. I just bought it on a whim. It's got a serious CRAMPS like vibe but definetley on their own trip. I stood around at work today fascinated with STEREOLAB's "Dots and Loops". Where the fuck have I been the last six years? I wish there were more Indie kids at my old school then maybe I could've left the U2/Alice In Chains damage alone. No matter what kind of drunk nods off at my work waiting for me to give them cash for their used video games I know that their is wonderful stuff out there and that I shouldn't crack the wino's head open with a fireman's axe. Grammar School?

edited to say: wasn't that hubert selby interview just amazing??!!! that man rocked my whole night. i couldn't stop talking about him. he seems like the kind of guy that you could just hang out with and talk all night. and you know that when you finally crawl your ass in at the crack o f dawn; that your sides are going to be aching from laughing so hard for so long. and that your mind's going to be going a mile a minute from all that you've learned.
