Mutant League Hockey is a beautiful thing. I never thought that unboxing the Sega Genesis would be interesting, but to my surprise....it's been UNREAL. This is like the all encompassing video game. NHL HITZ has LIGHT YEARS to go before it is anywhere near as hip as this little cartridge. Total cartoonish violence. Everything I love about hockey and MORE.

Geek thrills. Get 'em while ya can I guess. Speaking of geek thrills....The Dictators GO GIRL CRAZY is blasting on the stereo right now. Too bad I'm nursin' these wisdom teeth wounds or I would be a chuggin' on the Irish Whiskey. The doctor told me not to drink the hooch with these darvasets. These painkillers are the size of an AA battery, for pete's sake. Can't say I can complain too much. Makes this Glenn Branca CD sound all the much better.

Yeah, this vanilla pudding diet is puttin' some shape into my figure. I think I lost around ten pounds this week. Granted, the narcotic pain pills are killin' the ole appetite. Sure beats rubbin' heads with old man Atkins, I tell ya that.

More positive news. WOLFEN featuring the talents of Albert Finney, is on tonight. This is a surprise since the DirectTV generally plays the worst of the worst. I try and stay away from the beast. It'll take your spirit and make a plastic hat out of it. Maybe I can get a head start on Paradise Lost. Had the book for years but have never touched it. First I'm gonna get into some Pere Ubu. Song of The Bailing Man. I had no idea Mayo Thompson of Red Krayola was in this group at one point.
