Not much for me to go on and on about. I really like the Cramps' song GARBAGE MAN. I've listened to it like 5 times today. I like it when people see me doing my best Lux Interior impersonation and they recoil in horror. Fun for me, bummer for them. Still, I wait for the day when I'm going through the carryout singing that song and someone joins in with me.
I'm putting together a coffee table book. I can't get into details because I don't want anyone to steal the idea. All I can say is that it will be raunchy and fun.

I would be very remiss (I guess, as I never looked up "remiss" but it sounds like "a fuck-up" in context) to not mention, re: oil rig work, the issue of Dishwasher where the guy did work on an oil rig in the Mexico Gulf. Did you read that, was it an inspiration for your posts? Cuz if you haven't well, I need to fuckin xerox it for you. One of the best zine articles I ever saw.
My fave Cramps song is...probably the cover of "She Said" by Adkins, or maybe "Primitive," since I am a Wild Thing* in training; I will need final approval from vaj or Max on my graduation.
I hope your coffee table book is full of Bettie Page pics.
(* this is a reference to the Sendak book, not the Troggs, although I think the Troggs, being virtual contemporaries of the book's publishing, and punk as fugk, were Wild Things too.)
I realize Desperate Lives and Stoner are fine movies too, and I must admit I've never seen Angel-dusted, but clearly The Death of Richie is the coolest just-say-no flick. Robbie Benson, and Charles "Carvelli" Fleischer.
btw, the violet-toned guitarist is Col. Bruce Hampton. Have you taken the Outstructional Guitar Method Test yet? http://www.outsideout.com --in the Lesson Room
