thank god for a fucking day off. i've spent the past eight days working so i can have this weekend off, because corrigan's parents are coming in town. and now, today, i do nothing but sit at home and cook food, listen to all my new cds, drink wine, maybe do a little painting, fuck around online, and just do not much else. hoozah! i do have to walk down to the thrift store at some point, but that can wait. i'm pickling some oysters and making a shellfish bouillabase for her parents, when they get in this evening. i also made rootbeer float mousse. you know you want some. i have extra. i'll mail you some. i need a new sweater; this one ain't cutting it anymore. the evidence:
