Hummm, bats are not solitary critters, so your little friend has an enclave full of friends and family somewhere near. Any caves, underpasses, bridges, mines, or abandoned structures in your area? Typically bats hibernate during the winter, but not like bears, they don't sleep all winter long. They will periodically venture out to eat, because when in full swing they consume half of their body weight everyday in bugs. You can't keep it, it will not make a pet, it will just die!! Release it tonight and it will find its way back home.
365 has been postponed briefly due to the fact that my USB cable is missing. Well, not missing, a certain kitty bit it and it doesn't work right.
But the photos are being taken and ready to be uploaded ASAP.
