I don't know all the specifics on this, but I can only think that if I was going to die and leave a will I would try to give something to everyone, even if they don't really deserve it, it's not like Ill be around to worry about it.
Its hard to wonder what someone thinks near the end of there life, but I am sure your aunt loved you and wanted only the best for you. Hell I would love to get a piano, might actually get me back to playing one again
In the end she is still gone, wondering why someone who passed away did what they did will only get you frustrated and sad. Better to try and deal with the situation that is going to happen next then get stuck on why they did what they did.

I buried my auntie this morning.
It was the hardest thing I've ever done.
At one point I was sobbing so loudly everyone was silent and just stared at me.
The ceremony at the cemetery was beautiful. My grandmother planned this big special thing where they played music and released dove's and balloons. Aunt Flo would have loved it.

my auntie passed away this afternoon.
I am not ok.
She is currently in the funeral home next to my house.
The only good thing about all this is before she got bed ridden and couldn't talk the last thing she said to me was 'i love you. be good.'
