Clean your mussles, fry lots of garlic, onions, THai chili peppers, your Charizo, some lemon juice, salt & Pepper, a few chunks or halves of plum rome tomatoes, then when all caremlized throw in the bottom of a stock pot, pour in raw mussles, and one bottle of hoegarden beer, cook serve with lots of bread or tosted garlic toast!
