Whoee. The dog (NORVIN!) is a handful. I know that he really wants to be a good dog, but in his 10 months nobody has taken the time to show him how awesome it is to go to the bathroom outside. thanks for the input. yeah, i've been wicked anxious/ depressed since i was like four. i've stopped smoking, to make sure that wasn't contributing. oddly, i'm still craving donuts! though not the kind that you eat wink .

i take drugs for depression, have for ten years. so when something gathers enough steam to break through that chemical wall i try to examine the issues afoot. one word: marriage. just a guess.

re: the plural of mongoose, for years i swore that the plural of moose was meese, so i'm right with ya there.

I had a long day meeting lots of dogs, I now want several. I had an early appontment at the B.C. shelter, then I went down to Henderson Animal control, then on to the main Las Vegas shelter (655 N. Mojave).

Well, shit. I'm sure the guilt would have subsided once the puppy was here, but I've changed my mind about buying the siberian husky. Ours is a shelter dog - german shepherd/border collie and she's awesome!

She's 5 months old in the pic.
She's bigger now.

I found myself really wanting a pure bred husky like you were talking about, but I know I'd never be able to do it.
There are too many deserving animals in the shelters.
I wish I could save 'em all!

When I get a dog Im gonna go to the shelter. As much as a pure breed is cool I agree with Afterbirth, there are a bunch of deserving animals in the shelter. Yeah, I work for Hertz Rent a Car and thats the rental Shelby. Theyre arent all that special, they just look cooler than your average GT. biggrin
