New layout, bite me.
In case you miss Emett Otter's Jug Band Christmas this year:


Sure they're cute, and not bad considering the homemade instruments. But after all these years they're still no match for:

After about a year of working on the bikes & buggy, I got back to the car for a bit. Last thing I'd done was to install the rear end. At that time I looked over the brake backing plates & determined that the left & right were identical. When I started assembling the brakes I found they weren't. The car is up on blocks & too close to a wall to pull the passenger side axle out, so the whole rear had to come back out to pull the axles & swap the plates. Did that last night, quicker than I expected, it's back in the car. finish painting up the brake parts, put them together, get some tires & I can set the car back on the ground after 2 years of being on blocks. I've got a tranny conversion cross-member on the way (it's getting a 5 speed to replace the 3 speed). There's still a million details to sort, but I want to have it running this spring. Of course I wanted to have it running last spring, too.

Tranny conversion cross-member sounds like something a drag queen would wear.
