Work this week has been a pretty weird experience.... people walking around with a dazed "what the fuck am I gonna do" look. Others with the bitter "fuck the world" look. Pretty gnarly! I guess being given 4 days notice that your out of a job and the company is closing right before Christmas is not the best situation. I feel somewhat relieved as this has always been sitting in the back of my mind for the last two years since the valley crashed.
Tomorrow is suppose to be the official closing. Its going to be interesting as we still have some jobs on Press that need to be finished and shipped.
I'll be retained on a part time basis to help do final shut down and assist in equipment liquidation. After that I plan to take a month to figure out what I want to do.
On a plus side I did get a email today from a Magazine out of Canada who wants to buy some shots! Say hello anything that boost my supplemental income these days!
