really, I just want to work in a garden and get dirty. or on a boat and get dirty... or outside - you guessed it - getting dirty.
I dont' mind hard work. Actually I quite enjoy it. but no one wants a pretty *girl* to work outside in the hot sun buliding stuff.
(it's funny how they proclaim that america is a free country, and yet, the people don't let eachother *be* who they are.)

Tell ME your woes and I shall help! Spring break. Wife's out fo town, son is with friends, so it's just me the cat and the fish. The weather is nasty but will get better later in the week. Tomorrow, my son and surrogate daughter will be here for the rest of the week. Lots of kiddy activities on the horizon.

The last 2.5 years of my job have been less than fun. I guess we got a lot accomplished, but at the cost of family and fun time. 
I'm confident (hopeful) that this coming year will be better and I will get to spend more time pursuing leisure activities.
