So tonight was sort of out of the ordinary in a good way.

I came across a podcast a long time ago called "Grammer Girl's Quick And Dirty Tips"
I decided to give it a listen and got hooked on them because they actually improved my writing
So I was listening to her recent podcast the other night and it mentioned she was going to be here
I didnt really take much stock in it cause usually I work, and I always feel awkward meeting people

But it turned out that the book signing landed on my day off
So i decided that heck those God's sure do seem to be smiling
Let's see how this all plays out in the cosmic scheme of things
And went decided why not go and do something a bit different than booze in the park

It was up at this used book shop here called "Changing Hands"
So while I waited for the thing to start I looked around and found a used copy of "Misery"
I dont know what it is but I seem to collect Steohen King hardback novels casue they are cheap
I guess its silly to collect random things like that lol.

So she came out and she sort of looked like how I pictured which was nice
Deffiently the type of women who woud write these sort of things.

So the book store was not prepaired for the amount of people that came
And ran out of books so mine is now pre ordered, though they gave us a sticky thing for her to sign
So then when we get the books we can put that in there.
I did the lame thing and had my picture taken with her and I just had a blast.

I am a huge dork inside, so sue me
