I am not ashamed to ask for help on this album
I sat down tonight at work and sort of looked at all the stuff that is finished for the album and all the stuff that still needs to be done, and there really isnt all that much left to do. Most of the remainder of the album is laid out really well as far as what needs to be conveyed in the song. If anyone feels like they can help me co write the lyrics for the rest of the album let me know.
House Of Secrets - H.H. Holmes - Musical influence: B'52's "The Funplex"
Stranger's Welcome - Lee Lucas - Musical influence: Charlie's "Friday Nite"
Goodbye Mannequin - Jeffery Dhaumer - Musical influence: Joy Electric meets The Faint
What Lies Beneath - John Wayne Gacy - Musical influence: out doing Sufjan Steves song.
Sea Of Gein - Ed Gein - Musical influence: Belle and Sebastian "Roy Walker", "Stay Loose"
Letter From A Fan - Richard Rimeriez - Musical influence: Aimee Mann, and Go Sailor
Thats pretty much all that is left for the album as far as songs that need help lyrically. I would love it if some one could help me work on filling in some gaps.
For those who just put all the pieces of the album together, "Serial Numbers" is a collection of twee/pop songs about famous serial killers, without going too dark with the content. Charlie thought the contrast would be really interesting.
