I could use some help with coming up with artwork for the album...
I figure why not come here for help since a lot of us are artistist and musicians and spell casters. While the album is being finished up musically and lyrically I figured maybe id get a head start working on the overall cd package. Since its our debut album I want to sort of go all out. The albums style is turning out to be very 60's and 70's pop sounding and I think it would look really cool if we stuck to the era buy doing the booklet in a 70's way as well. I am thinking of illustrating the pages with sort of a School House Rock sort of artwork. One of the reasons I think this would be perfect for the album. Is cause of the dark content, we'd be sort of pasiing it off in a really sort of tounge and cheek matter.
If we can make the artwork for the album as cute as we made the song, then the overall affect will work.
So I am hoping I can find some one on here who can maybe mimic it, while still adding a bit of their own flare. I also like this idea cause if we ever make a music video for one of our songs. We could do it in an animate it to be very close to the whole cartoons.
