I started a hobby firm 2 years ago. It's an online firm selling 20mm scale figures to wargamers. I'm very proud of it & to be fair it pays for itself (just) & keeps me in horse riding lessons. Thing is it's grown way out of the hobby firm box it was originally in & I'm having to take it a lot more seriously than... Read More
Got back yesterday from 8 fantastic days in New York, heavier by several pounds & 1 x sister(in law) but sadly 1 x camera (lost @ J.F.K.). Food, hotel, nightlife, all within easy reach. I'd recommend this city to everyone.
My brother & his fiancee get married in 4 weeks......in Central Park (N.Y.). Am really looking forward to it. We fly out in the 3rd, they get hitched on the 8th & we fly back on the 10th. Never been to the U.S. before and planning to hit all the tourist sites & pay my respects at Ground Zero.

Well...t-minus 10 hours & 27 minutes until the doors open at Triples (A wargames show in Sheffield). It's my first time there as a trader, not a punter & although I've checked my stall kit 3 times already I just know I'll have missed summat. Anyway...too late now, wish me luck I'm going in....
Well. Counting down to my first show as a trader. It'll be Sheffield Triples on 21st - 22nd May, selling little lead men for the wargames market. Got the stall sorted...almost, just got the price guides to print & the stock to sort, when it arrives....Wish me luck.
