I think I finally got it today. After almost 4 years of early Sat/Sun mornings, weather where the rain, or snow, is coming in horizontally, several falls & 1 x broken rib I finally 'got' canter, ie how to get your horse to go from trot to canter. All lesson, it just clicked. Stoked, or what. I'm really pleased.
