its only wednesday and i can't wait for the weekend. not like anything eventful is happening but friday is pay day so at least that means i can buy a six pack. its officially october 6th which means that my birthday is in less than a month. i don't know if i'm looking forward to turning 22 or not. i kinda like being 21, but its a mix of feeling too old and too young at the same time.

i've gone back to reading poppy z brite's courtney love biography, and i forgot how much i love it. i think it sucks that the media focuses on her drug/alcohol addictions and parenting so much. it really isn't fair. how many semi famous men are there in hollywood that are doing drugs and not taking care of their children. they don't get on magazine covers. so in the world today .. to make it to the cover of US weekly, you either have to be a badass rockstar woman who took a couple pills and is known to run around nude in her apartment building or have a rich father and star in a porn.

i'm still aiming for both.
