the exodus certainly is a weird situation. i've got an idea of what's going on, but i still have a lot of questions too.

i bet if i went to more of these carnivals, i could find some old iron maiden shirts thaat have been traveling around with some carni since the 80s.

Over here, No Direction Home was the object of one of those saturation marketing campaigns where it wasa released simultaneously in theatres, on TV (terrestrial and cable) and on DVD. Actually I think the DVD's not out for a couple of weeks, but it's imminent. Don't know if it's the same around the world, but I wouldn't be surprised. There's also a soundtrack album that presents itself as Bootleg series No 7. I find the whole exercise a little suspect, actually...

Yay for the wedding! I'm a package handler (aka grunt) at the Norwalk hub. The buzzer sounds, the conveyor belt lurches forward... and the boxes never stop coming. I have to remind myself that it's all about the health benefits, which I can't qualify for fast enough (it'll take me 20+ weeks).

I was all hyped about seeing Sin City, but then was sorely disappointed in it. I don't know why, maybe it seemed they tried too hard to make it this great movie that it seems TOO overworked. Just MY opinion though. It just wasn't as good as I thought.
