I am sick yet am not... I caught something that started Saturday as an ominous tickle in the throat and congestion. It has nicely blossomed into coughing up lovely shades of yellow and green. I arranged to have today off and sensibly went to the doctor, has issued antibiotics and a few over-the-counter suggestions.

ElmCityDrunk and I had recently discussed how long it'd been since we'd made a trip to Exile On Main for CD shopping. Being in the neighborhood, I swept through with the new albums from Bloc Party, Tin Hat Trio and Ani DiFranco. It works out weel having new tunes to spin in the car while my uncooperative iPod is still in the shop. *grumble*

My tatty is healing nicely and I'm ecstatically looking forward to having her colored in on April 4th! Until then, I'll be occasionally grimacing as the healing process has hit the 'severely itchy' stage.

Tomorrow I'm finally getting around to scoring Henry Rollins tix... It looks as if I'll be getting together with ECD tomorrow evening for usual measures of music, beer and giggles directed at others. Wednesday sounds like it may be setting up a petite network at the darling grandmother of AlienPrincess...lots of repeated explainations involved.
