Well, the weekend tunred out much better than I originally thought... Took my client to his voluteer gig at a local soup kitchen & chatted up some of the heads there about wearing chefs whites there occaisionally. We had the chance to hike around Bethany's Lake Chamberlain... The lake itself it set upon a high dammed plateau so, we had a sunny 5-mile view of woods and wildflowers. Yesterday I escorted one of the guys to visit his father in Cromwell. I had expected a really horrible emotional fallout but, everyone involved thankfully had their heads together. Who'da thunk!?

Tonight the plans were to be a movie binge at my friend, Dave the Chef's house... Turns out the bloke had double-booked himself. When he heads out to beat poetry night @ Cafe Nine, AmazonRed13, her beau, Dave, Elbereth and myself will go see Fahrenheit 911. We were also talking of the chance of taking the train to NY and checking out an exhibit @ The Museum of Sex.

So lovelies, I take my leave for now... I'm hitting the showers and cooking for the eventual movie binge. I'm making yogurt-cheese from scratch w/ blanched garlic & misc. spices and a large side of cold Soba noodles. I dare not make the noodles until the last minute... They might turn soggy and wouldn't last even that long w/ Elbereth knowing of their existence.
